The Obama Optimist. Inspired by @mrsimplesense of Strictly Right Radio

I was listening to Strictly Right the other day (great podcast by the way) and one of the hosts mentioned this idea that the liberals and progressives are just so desperate to have good news in the economy for Obama that they are almost being like this optimist.  At about 48 minutes into the show they were talking about the silver lining on the jobs report in August (which was a big ZERO) is that at least it wasn't negative.  "It's like drinking out of a mud puddle and saying well at least I didn't die of thirst!"
