Bill Maher, Marc Maron and Dan Savage LOVE the Constitution!

Yes, that's right.  Bill Maher, Marc Maron and Dan Savage LOVE the Constitution!  They love it so much that they might actually fight and die in order to defend it.  As would most Tea Partiers.  Our freedom of speech, enshrined in the first amendment of the Constitution, is alive and well in America today.  And we're all better for it.  Because we have people who use it so much that their idiocy just keeps on coming!

Over at Breitbart TV and then Media Research Center I saw this video today.  If you are at work and can't watch something like this, or don't want to, basically Bill Maher's guests Marc Maron (of Air America fame) are talking about having violent angry sex with Michelle Bachmann and Dan Savage (a frequent guest on MSNBC) talks about having violent gay sex with Rick Santorum.

There's not much to say.  I 100% support their right to say what ever the heck they want to say.  No ifs, ands or buts.

What they've done though is given us all the ammo that we needed.  Next time anybody on the conservative or Republican side ever talks about anything that liberals find "scary" or "violent" or "racist, sexist and bigoted" we can just say three words: Bill Maher's show.
"What does that mean?"
"You don't watch Bill Maher's Show?"
"Sometimes, but what does that have to do with anything?"
"In July of 2011, they were talking about having violent sex with 2 presidential candidates on the Republican side.  That doesn't come close to what I was just talking about."
"Well, I... um..."
"Yeah, let's talk after you have a chit chat with Mr. Maher."

Now, I don't watch the show and I'm commenting on the clip that was provided on MRCtv and it's possible that Bill Maher later apologized for Dan and Marc or even better yet that Marc and Dan apologized for themselves.  I don't know.  I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Keep up the good work boys.  When you continue to say idiotic things, it makes our Constitution ever stronger and more important!
